The operation of the machine is easy and safe; it makes the film rolls more even and tighter; the elongation and anti-puncture ability becomes better after contact with the air. The machine group is mainly used for stretch film, cast film and other plastic film rolls. The main function of the machine is to rectify the mismatch layers, enhance the evenness and improve the appearance by rewinding. The machine adopts flat belt transmission to release the material which makes the rewinding speed the same as the releasing speed, reduces the second elongation of the stretch film and the friction is controlled by the cylinders. The adjustment of the machine is very easy and flexible, the noise is very low and the speed adjustment is controlled by inverter, the rewinding is with counter meter. It is one of the most ideal rewinder with high performance and low quality.
